We seek a sales assistant with a background in insurance or financial industry, who is able to provide a strong support system to the Sales Representative.
Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills across written, verbal, and auditory domains
Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in various computer applications, particularly Windows
Ability to obtain Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health licenses

Responsibilities:
Encourage individuality and expertise to assist customers effectively
Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to advise on insurance options
Arrange appointments, discern client needs, and promote relevant products and services
Maintain a strong work ethic, prioritizing integrity and success daily

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, situated in Cedar Park, TX
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, inclusive of a salary-plus-commission structure, reflecting our lucrative market, robust business model, team development initiatives, and strategic hiring practices, ensuring substantial earning potential.
